Gift cards can be purchased electronically on the website https://banisabrinumzeme.lv or at the entertainment and recreation center “Bānīša mirkazeme”.
When purchasing a Gift Card on the website, you can only choose the nominal values indicated .
Gift card is a non-cash means of payment with which you can pay for available products or services on the website or in the Entertainment and Recreation Center “Bānīša wonderland”.
Purchase is the purchase of products or services at the Merchant, which is fully or partially paid with the balance of the Gift Card.
The Gift Card can only be used within one purchase.
The Buyer can use the Gift Card together with other means of payment – cash or a payment card if the price of the products or services exceeds the value of the Gift Card. When purchasing products on the website, the excess amount will have to be paid through an invoice.
If the value of the products or services is lower than the value of the Gift Card, the difference will not be paid out in cash.
The Gift Card cannot be exchanged for money.
In case of loss, the card is not renewed.
Gift card is valid for 6 months from the day of its purchase.
Both Buyer and Users have the right to transfer the Gift freely cards to other Users. The physical transfer of the Gift Card to another person also includes the transfer of all rights and obligations related to the Gift Card to this person.
The person whose actions the Gift Card is actually in is recognized as the true and only entitled User and owner of the Gift Card.
The user acquires all rights and obligations related to the Gift Card from the moment he receives the Gift Card and starts using it, i.e. to exercise any rights of the Gift Card user provided for in these Terms.
All disputes relating to these Terms and the execution of the Gift Card Agreement, if they have not been resolved in mutual negotiations between the Buyer or the User with the Merchant, shall be considered at the request of the claimant in the Republic of Latvia in court.
